In similar situations, Paul is excited while withholding ejaculation could not  wait for his partner, and it got so bad that eventually the topic whenever he liked a girl even approached for fear of a situation happen again so frustrating.

If something happens to you like that, mind! This is a problem with a solution. It’s called sexual anxiety and although it is more common among men, sometimes women can happen.

There are various concerns that can cause sexual anxiety. For example:

  • Fear of not being sufficiently “good” in bed.
  • Having a bad image of your body and / or your weight.
  • Worry or feel that penis size is not adequate.
  • Fear of premature ejaculation (premature ejaculation)  or inability to sustain an erection until the woman reaches orgasm.
  • Fear of not being able to reach orgasm or enjoy the sexual experience.

All these concerns prevent sex is pleasurable. They can activate certain stress hormones that cause your body to react as if facing a threat, when in fact you’re not.

In men, for example, one of the effects of stress hormones is to narrow the blood vessels. Thus, less blood to the penis and makes erection harder to achieve or sustain. For women, however, may not allow stress lubricated enough to have sex or lose the desire to have sex.

Do you care about sexual anxiety? Do not despair because it has no solution and is so difficult to achieve. First, see a doctor to discard what’s wrong is not caused by any physical or medications you are taking.

If all is well physically, then a qualified professional may suggest alternatives.Among them:

  1. Be open with your partner and encourage to discuss concerns that do not let you act freely during sex. So, your partner will understand you better and may even seek solutions which, after all, will unite more.
  2. Try to expand privacy, there are many ways to do this without having sex.For example, there may be massage or taking a warm bath, getting pats and new ways of feeling and provoke feelings without having to reach sexual act you’re so stressed.
  3. Exercise. Not only will you stay in shape and feel better about your body but also have more energy and strength for sex.
  4. Distract yourself and seek external stimuli to help you take care of the sexual act. For example, you can play music or think about things or situations that encourage you.
  5. Calls counseling. If all else fails, consult a professional who specializes in sexual problems that can help you know your fears and understand what things bother you or cause you anxiety and also feel more comfortable with your sexuality.

Remember that when it comes to sex, there is a way to do good or evil. Rather, the important thing is to enjoy together and get carried away by emotions, anything goes in the couple as both are comfortable. So stop blaming you or pressure you on how you do or how you look or how you feel that your body looks. Sex has nothing to do with any of that and you have all the conditions to enjoy it. Do not be overcome by sexual anxiety, it is a situation that can be resolved and need not follow affecting.
